Microsoft FrontPage Error Messages under Windows 8.1

When trying to Edit a WebPage using Microsoft Office 2003 Frontpage.

"There was an error when trying to run Frontpage (open as HTML) the command: failed"

Tried just about everything suggested on Forums.


Close FrontPage.
> > Click Start > Run and type in: regedit and click OK

This didn't work

Only solution was to reinstall from Microsoft Office CD and select repair installation.
Reboot and repair was completed.
