This is happening because IE11 is clashing with the Google toolbar.
If you uninstall the toolbar, it will work fine, put it back in and you cannot left click an image.
I have not discovered a fix yet, only the workaround y of right-click/view image.
I suppose the only thing that we can do is wait for a Google toolbar update.
